N개의 일들을 정해진 시간 내에 모두 처리해야함
🔍 풀이 방법
1.마감시간이 빠른 순서 2.걸리는 시간이 큰 순서대로 sort하고,
최초로 과제를 모두 끝마치는데에 실패한 순간에 정답을 return한다.

풀이방법이 바로 보여서 쉽게 풀었다.
